The older I get, the more I realize that confidence was the missing ingredient through many seasons of my life. So I’m focusing more and more as my kids get older on ways to build their confidence so they can boldly pursue all that God has planned for them using their unique personalities and giftings.
Confidence will serve our kids well as they grow through life, in discovering their purpose and in developing good and rich friendships along the way.
Confidence will help our kids reach their full potential and it will cultivate kindness.
Because when we are sure of who we are and who we belong to, we can’t help but love well.
We’re talking about this in our back-to-school family Bible study, The Popularity Principle. But I wanted to dig deeper into the Word to highlight the truth our kids can stand on to build confidence in their lives.
Make sure you scroll all the way to the end of this post so you can download a copy of these Bible verses that build confidence. Print them out and post them where your child can read and be empowered with truth every day!
