What's In The Bible Series Overview

This post contains affiliate links for your convenience. When you click on a link and make a purchase, a small commission may be paid to Gather & Grow which helps keep this ministry going. So thank you! Read my full disclosure here.

I’ve had the great privilege of walking our family through the Bible this year and documenting our fun on the What’s In The Bible blog. This resource has been an incredible gift to our family as we returned to the foundation of our faith in order to communicate its truth and importance to our growing children {ages 7 and 4}. My husband and I have gotten just as much out of the shows as our children {if not more}. Phil Vischer {Veggie Tales creator} and friends do an incredible job tackling complicated and tricky topics with simple, engaging language and presentation. We are in LOVE with What’s In The Bible and I highly recommend it for your family!

The What’s In The Bible series is perfect for children ages 3-10 and a child’s interest will only grow as they do. My 4 year old had a hard time sitting still during some of our viewings yet he repeated concepts and songs back to me often so I know we planted many seeds in his heart this year. My 7 year old is at the perfect age for digging deeper into the stories and ideas presented in each episode and will actually engage in conversations with me about them.

I’ve included links below to each post I did for What’s In The Bible this year covering all 13 episodes {Genesis through Revelation} as well as the awesome Why Do We Call It Christmas? DVD. Each post contains a summary of the episode plus conversation starters for your family to discuss each concept contained in the show.

Right now {through 12/14} you can get the whole Bible {13 episodes} for just $99.99! This could be one of the most valuable investments you make in the faith of your family. You know I’m all about building faith at home. What’s In The Bible is a must have tool for developing a family culture that values Bible teaching and faith formation. If you follow our Wise Man’s Gift Plan, this bundle makes the perfect Myrrh or spiritual development gift!
